This is our fruit-based barbecue sauce sweet with a little kick. Pomegranate is a tart fruit, rich in antioxidants, loaded with a sharp, distinct flavor. We sweeten this barbecue sauce with honey from Warm Colors Apiary out of Deerfield and throw in a few hot peppers for a kick. Excellent brushed over ribs, pork tenderloin, or grilled pineapple.
