Harvest Bean Salad

1 C cooked aduki beans (or small red beans)
1 C cooked black eyed peas
1 C cooked small white beans
1 C raw green beans (cut into 1/4" pieces)
2 C coarsely chopped parsley
2 C shredded red cabbage
8 fl oz Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Prep: Rinse cabbage and parsley, drain well. Rinse and drain beans. Combine all ingredients, toss with vinaigrette, chill for 3 hours. You may also substitute Pomegranate Vinaigrette or Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette for the Cilantro Lime.
