Lump Crab Crostini:

1lbs     Lump crab meat
4Tbs    Unsalted butter
1C       Grated cheddar cheese
4Tbs    Finely minced chives
1         Baguette
12oz    Appalachian Naturals Sundried Tomato Horseradish Dip

Melt butter in small saucepan. Slice baguette into 1/4 inch round slices. Brush with melted butter then toast until crisp (about 4 minutes). Combine crab meat, chives, horseradish dip, and cheese in medium bowl. Top each baguette slice with crab meat mixture. Warm for just a minute or two then serve.
