Ingredients:

1 jar Cranberry Lime Sauce
8 oz Cream Cheese (whipped is best)

For Crepes:
1 1/2 c milk
3 lg eggs
3 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
4 Tbs unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour

Prep: If possible purchase whipped cream cheese, or, place cream cheese in food processor and blend until smooth. Next, prepare crepes. Combine all ingredients, blend well. Crepes should be paper thin once cooked. To assemble stuffed crepes add 2 Tbs cranberry and 2 Tbs cream cheese to cooked crepe. Roll crepe, heat over low flame until cheese and cranberry seep out the sides. Serve hot with fruit syrup or mixed berries.
