This has been a top seller since we first came out with it. The story goes like this: Back in our restaurant days in the southwest, Dennis, one of our employees, came to us with an idea, let's combine our house blue cheese dressing with our house chipotle salsa. The combination was such a hit that we put it on the menu, known as "Baja Salsa." Today we offer you the dipping sauce version. Excellent served with smokin' hot wings, taquitos, soft tacos, crudites, or drizzled over Hillside Pizza's famous barbecue chicken pizza! Loaded with farm fresh buttermilk from Hadley's Maple Line Farm and Bleu d'Auvergne (cheese). Try mixing this with a few spoonfuls of Salsa Veracruz!
