The mustard comes from a historical mustard mill and the honey is not just clover, its wildflower, and you can actually get floral hints in this sweet and savory dressing. Excellent tossed with a spinach/walnut/dried cranberry salad, or drizzled over salmon on the grill. Excellent as a dipping sauce for chicken, veggies, or fish.
Ingredients: *Stone mill mustard (blended whole mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), *wildflower honey, sunflower oil, water, organic red wine vinegar. *Local New England Ingredient.
