Miso Ginger Salad Dressing

I tried this dressing in New Hampshire on a Kale, arrugula, tofu and watermelon salad and loved it so much, I carried the empty salad dressingbottle around with me till I had time to look up the website and bought 3 bottles! (I guess I could have taken a pix on my cellphone, but hindsight is 20/20 lol!)
