Shipping Policy

Delivery: We do not ship to PO boxes. All in-stock orders are shipped via UPS ground service within 7 business days **DUE TO COVID-19, ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE A DELAY IN SHIPPING DUE TO CARRIERS EXPERIENCING A LABOR SHORTAGE** Tracking information is posted to your order page when the USPS or UPS label has been CREATED. Customers may track their orders using the tracking number provided. Please contact the carrier directly with questions about delays, Appalachian Naturals cannot determine how long a carrier will take to deliver an order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact UPS to file a claim, they will require photos of the damaged goods. Please do not contact Appalachin Naturals for damage claims.

Standard Shipping Charges *2nd Day and Next day charges are in addition to the standard ground fees.

Damaged Goods: Please email us a photo of the box as received by the carrier, a picture of the inner goods (broken jars etc). Refunds can not be issued without documented proof of damaged goods.
