Delivery:
Orders are processed and packed within 3-4 business days. All in-stock orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground service within 7 business days from the date of order. All packages ship from Massachusetts so west coast customers please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. For faster turnaround times please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Tracking information is posted to your order page when the package has been picked up by the carrier. Customers may track their orders using the tracking number provided. Please contact the carrier directly with questions about delays, Appalachian Naturals cannot determine how long a carrier will take to deliver an order. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damages, and email us at info@appalachiannaturals.com. We cannot refund orders without photos of the outside packaging, the broken contents inside, and you unfortunately will have to hang onto the damaged package in case the carrier needs to inspect it. Appalachian Naturals will file the claim with the carrier and advise when the damaged goods can be discarded. We pack all of our orders in double-wall, heavy duty corrugated boxes with corrugated cardboard padding inside, and biodegradable packing peanuts.

Holidays
Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Please be aware that shipping times take longer the week leading up to a major holiday like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Refunds: Appalachian Naturals does not issue refunds for orders unless the package is damaged.
