Please keep the damaged product until UPS or USPS can inspect it, otherwise they may deny your claim. If your package never arrives, please contact UPS or USPS directly and file a claim, Appalachian Naturals cannot submit claims on behalf of the recipient. When filing a claim refer to the invoice sent to you from appalachiannaturals.com for product value and shipping charges. We pack all of our orders using corrugated cardboard and packing peanuts with "fragile" stickers on the exterior of the box.
