Ingredients:
4 (6ounce) Salmon fillets 10 oz Berkshire Maple Mustard
Prep: Combine ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove salmon from bag, reserving the sauce. Place salmon on a
grill rack or broiler pan, and cook for 6
minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a
fork; baste salmon occasionally with the reserved marinade.
