Maple Balsamic Salad Dressing (Low-Sodium)

Product Description

Discover the exquisite taste of our Maple Balsamic Salad Dressing—a masterful blend that brings together the finest local and artisanal ingredients for a flavor experience like no other. At its heart is pure, golden maple syrup sourced from Holiday Brook Farm in Dalton, MA, where every drop captures the rich sweetness and complexity of New England’s iconic syrup.

We balance that natural sweetness with robust, aged balsamic vinegar imported directly from Modena, Italy—renowned worldwide for its deep, rich character and velvety finish. This harmonious pairing creates a bold yet perfectly balanced dressing that’s both sweet and tangy, with layers of complexity that awaken your palate with every bite.

To add a subtle kick and depth, we’ve incorporated mustard from a historic New England mustard mill, known for crafting bold, flavorful mustards that stand up beautifully to the sweetness and acidity in this dressing. The mustard’s nuanced spice rounds out the profile, creating an irresistibly complex dressing that’s smooth, vibrant, and utterly crave-worthy.

Whether drizzled over crisp mixed greens, tossed with roasted vegetables, or brushed onto tender pork tenderloin, this dressing elevates any dish to gourmet status. Its sweet and tangy harmony complements everything from hearty salads to grilled meats, making it an indispensable addition to your kitchen.

Experience the perfect marriage of local craftsmanship and world-class ingredients in every bottle—our Maple Balsamic Salad Dressing is not just a condiment, but a celebration of flavor, heritage, and culinary excellence.

**Please be aware that the appearance of this product can vary based on the current balsamic vinegar we are able to get from our suppliers, some balsamic vinegars are lighter in color, some are darker, it has to do with how long the white grapes have aged in wooden barrels. Traditional balsamic vinegar is made from sweet white grapes, often the Lambrusco or Trebbiano varieties. The grapes are pressed whole — including the stems, seeds and juice — and then cooked over a flame until reduced by half. They are left to ferment naturally for up to three weeks.

  1. Delicious - not too much maple

Posted by Deva Varela on 7th Sep 2016

This is the tastiest maple dressing ever and I don't like sweet dressing but this is just perfect. We brought it on vacation with us to NH and it was a hit with the guests too. It sure makes eating spinach a new experience.

  2. The Best Dressing

I came across this dressing on a trip to the NE last year and can't get enough of it! The flavor is wonderful, and it tasts fabulous with almost any salad and protein imaginable. The only downside is that I have to order directly from the store which includes expensive shipping, but I purchased several at a time. This is a must try dressing, you'll fall in love with it!
