Shelburne Honey Co. is a seventh-generation family farm located about 15 miles as the crow flies from their barn. Tim Smith has been keeping bees for 50 years. He started keeping bees because his parents wouldn't let him keep any other livestock on the orchard. Today, you can find his all natural, unfiltered, 100% pure honey across Massachusetts. Creamed honey is 100% pure honey that has undergone controlled crystallization to create a smooth, thick, and spreadable texture (like butter) rather than a hard, grainy solid.

No Dairy: Despite the name and milky appearance, it contains no cream, butter, or dairy of any kind—just honey

Still Raw: Made without excessive heat, creamed honey retains the same natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutritional properties as raw liquid honey.
